Ordering and Purchasing
Processing of order will be within 1 – 3 business days.
Be advised that the buyer will pay for the shipping cost for any order cancellation after the shipping label has been printed. Please be mindful of your orders before checking out so that you can cancel your order before it gets processed.

Delivery and Returns
Tracking numbers are always provided after an order is processed. Please contact us for your tracking number and then track it on the UPS website.

Yes but please be advised that your total shipping cost depends on international shipping rates.
P.O. Boxes are available for shipment. However, please be advised that Season’s Need is not liable in any way, for any lost/stolen packages once the purchased product is marked delivered.
Addresses can be changed as long as the order has not been processed. Your delivery information is sent to our partner courier immediately after your payment is processed, so it’s difficult to change this after your order has been placed. Please enter your address details carefully. If you do need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
